The Challenge:
PaperPak has supplied dusk, a premium candle retailer in Australia, with custom print paper carry bags since 2000.
dusk is a brand constantly evolving to stay at the forefront of their industry, and wanted to consolidate their range of gift bags and gift boxes. dusk challenged PaperPak to find a way to efficiently manufacture the bags and boxes to exacting standards around product look and feel, while guaranteeing product consistency and quality. dusk had a tight timeframe to get the new boxes and bags to ensure continuity for all the stores.
The Process:
As a family owned company, we pride ourselves on developing relationships with customers. Having worked with dusk for 17 years, our packaging experts understood the dusk brand, what it stands for, and their quality expectations. This existing relationship meant we could rapidly respond to the request, and collaborated with dusk staff every step, from discussing concepts, to producing samples, to manufacture and distribution of the final packaging products in a seamless process.
The Impact:
We created a bespoke packaging solution for dusk that streamlined the ordering and forecasting system. Now, not only do we manufacture dusk’s bags and boxes to exacting standards, but we also warehouses the products, forecasts future product needs, distributes to stores, and the team are always available to address any concerns.
