Many factors can influence your delivery time, however the maximum delivery time is ten days for regional locations. We recommend that you head to our Delivery Page for more information or Contact Us with specific queries.
Provided you are logged into your PaperPak website account when you place your order, you will receive an email when your order has been dispatched with a tracking number and link. These can be used at any time to check the progress and location of your order. Or, for specific queries, Contact Us.
We are not able to arrange for orders to be picked up, however please Contact Us about the best location for us to deliver directly to you.
Our offices are sales offices and are not always attended. We also do not keep our stock at these offices. Please Contact Us about your order for assistance in arranging delivery to you.
Some of our offices will take appointments, please ensure you contact us ahead of time.
When you place your order you are able to specify in the 'Note/Any other comments' section that your delivery can be dropped off without signing for it. Otherwise delivery will require a signature.
