When you place your order you are able to specify in the 'Note/Any other comments' section that your delivery can be dropped off without signing for it. Otherwise delivery will require a signature.

Provided you are logged into your PaperPak website account when you place your order, you will receive an email when your order has been dispatched with a tracking number and link. These can be used at any time to check the progress and location of your order. Or, for specific queries, Contact Us.
We use couriers and so need to deliver to a physical address and not a PO Box. If you have concerns about your delivery please Contact Us.
